Sunday Indulgence

Well it's not often one with kids gets to watch a movie from start to finish (minus a few pauses), especially an Audrey Hepburn movie that is set in Paris! What could be more perfect? Netflix just happened to have this one for instant viewing. I've had it on my Amazon wish list for a while so you can imagine my delight. Needless to say I've added quite a few classics to the queue for future viewing opportunities.

Audrey epitomized class and elegance and her legacy lives on for all she tried to do for humanity. Her story is of perseverance from the time of the holocaust and all she endured all the way to Hollywood. I love old movies, they are so dramatic and take me to a place in time where there was a certain innocence. I think if I could live in any era it would be the 40s and 50s. An era without internet, without blackberrys, an era where respect meant something.

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end and tomorrow is another work week.

Au Revoir
