The Easter meal is done, the eggs are dyed, the jellybeans eaten and the children are all snug in their beds. With the first utter of silence all day since the Easter Bunny visited us early this morning I can reflect on my blessings this Easter day.I am blessed to see two dreamy faces sleeping blissfully.
I am blessed to have found one true friend for a lifetime.
I am blessed to have a lovely home in these trying economic times.
I am blessed to be able to sit on my front porch and take in Spring in all its splendor while listening to my birds chattering away.
I am blessed to be taking a much needed vacation to spend time with the ones I love.
I am blessed to appreciate the simple things in life.
I am blessed to appreciate each day and everything I have as God intended.
The little vintage picture reminded me of family; how family works together as a team to accomplish something. How cute that a little bunny family is working together as a team to color an egg for Easter.
